As a student at the University of Idaho I was a member of The Student Alumni Relations Board (SArb). One of the things we did at most of our retreats was a "Quote Wall".
On the wall (piece of paper) everyone was suppose to write a quote by someone during the retreat. We would finish by reviewing what the situation was and who said it. It was always a source of a good laugh and reflection.

“To meet at all, one must open ones eyes to another; and there is no true conversation no matter how many words are spoken, unless the eye, unveiled and listening, opens itself to the other.” —Jessamyn West
